Vice President: Michael Doolittle

Michael Doolittle has been involved with the Ashley Doolittle Foundation since its inception, volunteering in support of its mission to prevent relationship and dating violence through education and awareness. As Ashley’s brother, he is passionate about carrying forward her legacy and creating meaningful opportunities for education and advocacy. Michael was elected to the Board of Directors as a Member-at-Large in 2023 and became Vice President in July 2025. One of the most rewarding aspects of his work with the Foundation is speaking with college-aged men about healthy relationships, recognizing the warning signs of dating violence, and empowering them with the tools to support those who may be affected. He also helps organize and facilitate large-scale educational workshops that promote awareness and prevention. Outside of his work with the Foundation, Michael is a medical student dedicated to serving others through both healthcare and community engagement.

Website Manager: Kimberly Hardouin

Kimberly Hardouin is honored to be involved with the Ashley Doolittle Foundation as the Website Manager. As a survivor of an abusive relationship in her high school and college years, the mission of the foundation is deeply personal for her. Her experiences inspired a passion for educating young people about the warning signs of unhealthy and abusive relationships. When Kimberly learned of the foundation’s work, she knew she wanted to be involved in helping empower students with the knowledge and skills they need to build healthy, respectful relationships. Kimberly is a local middle school teacher, and outside of the classroom she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as running her photography business.
